How do I purchase an item?
Simply click on an item and you’ll be navigated to a page with more details. From there, you can specify the quantity you’d like, as well as choose LANGUAGE, colours or sizing (if applicable) at the bottom of the page. Next, click ADD TO CART. You will then have the option to continue shopping, or check out. To view all items in your cart at any time, click “My Cart” in the top-right corner of the site.

Can you give me any more information on a product before I decide to purchase it?
If you’re looking for additional details beyond what’s listed on each product page, please email us directly at OASW@brymark.com, specifying what product you’re looking at and what additional details you’re looking for.

How is the total calculated?
When you view your shopping cart, you’ll see the subtotal before taxes and shipping, to help you get a sense of your total order cost. When you’re ready to check out, you’ll be asked to provide your billing and shipping information, and select your shipping speed. Once that’s done, we calculate taxes and shipping based on the options you select. The total including shipping and taxes will be displayed in an order summary for you to review and confirm before making your purchase.

How can I be sure my clothing purchases will fit properly?
The manufacturer’s sizing measurements can be found on the detailed product page for each item, along with the product description. These measurements should help you make the best sizing choice for your personal measurements.

How do I check out?
Once you’ve confirmed that all items you’d like to purchase have been added to your shopping cart, click CHECK OUT. Next, you’ll be asked to provide your billing and shipping information. You’ll then be asked to verify your order and submit your payment information. You will have one last chance to review and confirm your order. Once confirmed, your order will be processed.

What payment options are available?
You can process purchases via Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards, or via Paypal.

Is it safe to enter my credit card? Is the website secure?
All information, including credit card information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. This means that any data sent from your device to the eCommerce server is completely secure.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Once you successfully submit your order, you will see a CHECKOUT COMPLETE message on your screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during check out.

I did not receive email confirmation of my order. What should I do?
If you successfully placed your order, but have not received your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folders. Sometimes, email servers can mistakenly categorize our order confirmations as spam. If, after several hours, you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us at OASW@brymark.com.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
If there is an error in the order you placed, please contact us a.s.a.p. at OASW@brymark.com with details on your order, and the error you’re looking to correct, so we can look into rectifying the problem for you before the items are sent to production.

How do my products ship?
Once the items are produced, all orders are individually packaged and shipped to the shipping address provided via Canada Post at the selected shipping speed.

How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?
Products are generally sent to production once a week. Once an item enters production, it is expected to be ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. From there, it should take between 1 to 10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the shipping speed you selected.

Delays and unexpected circumstances are always possible, so be sure to place your orders and select your shipping speed accordingly if you need your order by a specific date.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
All items are reviewed prior to packing and shipping. We take the best precautions we can to safely package each item for its journey to you. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at OASW@brymark.com, providing details on the issue, and we will address the situation immediately.

All returns and/or replacements will handled on a case-by-case basis. Please do not ship goods back to us without first discussing your situation, as these shipments will be refused on our dock without proper identification. Thank you for understanding.
